Our Energy Audits are very detailed processes. First we take 12 months of your previous billing history to produce an detail analysis of your current energy condition. Secondly, we begin by testing the static pressure of your HVAC, then we test the pressure of your ducts. Also, we measure the house to confirm if the right amount of pressure is being delivered to each register in the house. Third we measure for the number of times complete Air changes occur in your house, and in the process we find those leaks. But we don't stop stop there?
We then use our finds to generate a improvement report where the customer can reduce air infiltration, increase comfort during both in hot and cold climates. If you so choose, we can serve as a consultant recommending Sub-contractors with a proven track record of excellence in installing energy efficient improvements. Afterwards we test and document the improvements to show the difference in performance. And we guarantee our work by doing a 90 day followup to test and document to inspect the results we expect.
